We are open Mon - Sat 7 AM - 5 PM and Sunday 8 AM - 3 PM to provide our staff with additional time to restock and thoroughly sanitize our store.

Sausage
Peoria Packing Ltd., manufactures and supplies fresh Pizza Sausage, homemade fresh Italian Sausage, Polish Sausage, Bratwurst Sausage, Hot Link Sausage, Breakfast Links and Country Style Sausage Patties. Our sausage is delivered daily to pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets and distributors daily.
All our sausages are made with lean cuts of premium pork straight from our processing facility. The finest spices and natural casings are purchased and used to provide Peoria's distinct homemade authentic taste. Also, our sausage is produced with proven modern European equipment assuring freshness, product presentation and quality.
Slaughter
Peoria Packing Ltd. purchases butcher hogs ranging from 180 to 230 pounds, from U.S. producers. All livestock purchased is sorted to our specification prior to delivery, to ensure consistent cuts. Off size hogs can also be slaughtered upon request.
Peoria Packing Ltd. continues to make capital improvements to ensure proper handling of livestock, meat quality and to provide products to the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
